I always have a thing for designer collaboration. Finding ways to connect and explore each other’s signature to come out with something new and groundbreaking is truly something exciting.
Last Tuesday I got invited to see the latest Spring/Summer 2017 collection of local young designer, Patrick Owen and also his collaborative project with Dulux, to redefine Dulux Colour of the Year 2017, a beautiful calming yet versatile shade of grey-blue called 'Denim Drift’ in Jakarta Fashion Week 2017.
I might say it’s really great to see how he manage to present another point of view of modern and edgy, while at the same time pushing new boundaries.
